I have a Dell Optiplex and anytime I shut it down, I can't just simply press the power and it comes back on. I have to unplug the power, open the panel, take out the battery, pop it back in plug the power back in and the computer will come back on. The power button light comes on along with all motherboard and power supply functions. There are no problems whatsoever once I'm on and going. Any ideas?

Hello and Welcome to PCHF
Have you replaced the power supply unit yet? Your CMOS settings are probably getting pooched every time you do this, are you getting any messages about entering setup after you do this?
