I want to get this video card
Amazon.com: XFX PVT86SWAHG GeForce 8400GS 450Mhz 256MB GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card ( S-Video / DVI / VGA ): Electronics

It says it needs minimum 350 watt power supply, but I have this:

Do you think I can use it, if not, can you guys give me a good card that doesn't need as much power?

They do exadurate a little when it comes to the minimum PSU requirements, as they need to account for all the possible hardware you may have in your PC.

It's doesn't look like you have much in your PC in terms of hardware, although I can't tell what CPU you have there. I would say it would work quite happily on that PC with a 280w PSU. You can double check here: eXtreme Outer Vision - eXtreme tools for computer enthusiasts (click go Lite, and enter the hardware details of your PC, including the 8400GS to find out your requirements).

I have an-

Processor: AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 2800+, MMX, 3DNow, ~1.6GHz

Memory: 448MB RAM

My computer isn't up to date, so I don't have much in it that's power hungry, only 1 Dvd drive, 1 network card...You think I can run it?
