Yea its been progressing slowly
Cheers for your reply though, i downloaded Speedfan and im not really sure what info you need, but is displays:
HD0: 45C
Temp 1: 57C
Temo 2:75C
The HD0 has a tick next to it and the others have flames, so im guessinng thats bad...

Temp 2 is indeed a little bit hot, just a guess but I'm saying temperature would be part or most of the issue.
This can be corrected with a cooling pad such as this
