Red face My PC Turns Off At Random Times

ok heres my prob, its only started happening in the last week or so.

when i am in game, playing cod2, madden 2007, trackmania united, my computer is fine doesnt play any different to what i have known it to.

but if i leave my computer running when im not ingame it just turns off. i have seen the temp when it shuts down and cpu is usually around 30'C and mb is usually 25'C. it doest raise any time before it shutsdown.

i did a system restore all the way back to about 2 weeks ago, and it seemed to help for a few days, then it started again.

but another wierd thing is, i can open cod2 and minimize it and aslong as it is running, the compy runs fine, apart from the temp going up to 45'C which i dont want it to be running at constantly.

so, please please please...... help me

Hello and welcome to the site Beaver.
Please can you give us a list of your computer specifications (motherboard, graphics card etc). Also what operating system are you using?
