I have a 300watt PSU

I have 1 Harddrive (160gb WDC (western digital))
1 DVD/RW Drive and thats it ,no floppy disc no extra drives.

Will i have enough power to shove in a inno3d 7600gs?

Should be OK as long as you don't have any additional devices. Go to eXtreme Power Supply Calculator v2.5 (click on Lite), to calculate your usage. Give up to 15% for capacitor aging.

Aging on a 3 month old pc :O really?

It's worth adding, if only to give yourself to breathing space for the next few years.
