my site gets somewhere between 200 to 250 visitors a day, but more traffic is always good.

so lets help each other out . and promote each other , ill put ur link on my site and everyday 200 visitors will see it, and u do the same for my site,

I would like to, but my site's content is a tad different from yours. Reciprocal link building with unrelated sites won’t really help much.

also link exchange does not necessarily have to be with related content. link exchange with a popular website means better trafic and quicker search engine indexing as more and more sites are pointing to your site.

and yes google has indexed me in their search results

Nice site, but sadly my own site is totally unrelated and links have to be agreed with the trustee's beforehand. If I ever have the time to set up a personal website, then sure, I'd link exchange with you
