Unhappy Still no google :(

ok now its been almost a month ive uploaded my site, also ive gotten around 1000 clicks

all these clicks came through blogging my site, now the problem, google, yahoo still cant find my site even when i enter the exact name excluding the www and .com, ive submitted my site to submit express a month ago.
ive also generated and pasted the meta tags correctly
now my site gives java games, applications and themes and tutorials for the sonyericsson phone, now when i write java games my site is nowhere to be found even within 15 pages,

and ive actually entered java games and java applications in every page meta tags. the first site u get is some uk mobiles or so,e thing which gives java games, y are they on top. i dont expect to be on top i just want to be atleast in the first 2 pages,

now for the Q. if i view the source of the first page google brings up, copy their meta tags coding, <except for the iso- line> and paste it in my own site, will taht make any difference

hi faraz,

google doesn't make use of meta tags...it will work for other search engines

You might be best to manually submit them it should be listed by now in google ( maybe the auto submit failed ) .When I submited mine it took about 7 days my website address is in my signature if I search google or yahoo I can find it by just typing mp4direct.

ODP - Open Directory Project this is most important one to submit. Other directories use it

Yahoo! Submit Your Site

Add your URL to Google

PM me you website address and I will see if I can workout whats wrong

Hi faraz, Got the website addresses and resubmited them for you. Do you have a robots.txt at your website for the spiders? it will tell them what to index in there directories or if there is something wrong with your robot.txt. the spiders might not index your site.

Hey faraz, what I mean is a file called robot.txt in you home folder where you upload your website. If the robot.txt file is incorrect directories may not index your site. here is a discussion on robot.txt might help you understand what it is and duz What in the world is a robot.txt?
hope this helps!!
