My host reckons that there is ZERO downtime, yet i cant see it - the bandwidth is 10 gigs a day, but im just under 1/2 a gig for the day so its not bandwidth.

Can anyone think what else it might be?

 Hi Bingoberty,

Welcome to PCHF. We have a wonderful team of techs onsite, and I am sure that they can help you get your website configured properly.

Here is what shows up from that link

Unfortunately, I have minimal experience in web design, and my knowledge is severely out of date, I am sure that one of our more current techs will be able to give you some ideas.

Hey bingobety, welcome to PCHF . I think I can help you with this one, or I can at least take a shot. I would recommend doing exactly what the error states. Access your site via FTP and check the CHMOD value of the www/ or public_html/ folders and make sure they are set to 666 (or r-r-r). Also, you may want to make sure something in the .htaccess file is not blocking connections. Looking forward to hearing from you .
