One word of advice: unless you know what you are doing, never mess around with the .htaccess or .htpasswd files, they can render your site unviewable if you do the wrong thing.

I can see it as well. Bingo, it might help if you cleared out your cache and turned your computer completely off, the rebooted.

The site is also visible also here. I've got some advice for you about your site, though you're still working on it I think.
The pages have no title (this way, in the browserbar 'untitled document' shows up. It might be a good idea to give your pages a title, which is visually more attractive.
There are also some tags in your code which aren't used such as <small></small> (a few times). Removing all obsolete tags will quicken the loading of your page.
You can clean up your page using Tidy and validate the code using Validator Good luck with your site, looks nice.
