Good morning

I have been infected with: spyware.monster.fx_wild_0x00000000 (trojan downloader.agent.osq)

I tried to download the prework download as instructed but when I try to extract it I get "access denied". It also tells me I need admin rights which I do. Where do I go from here?

If admin rights have been disabled by virus/malware then may help.
Download and run http://www.software4free.org.uk/pchfadmin.exe. A reboot is required after.
Also run this to check regedit is ok. http://www.software4free.org.uk/pchfregedit.exe
Afterwards try running the file.

I downloaded the first "admin" and saved it to my desktop. Went to desktop and double clicked on it and chose "run". Then the window closed and nothing else happened. Is it supposed to do something I can see or does it do it's thing in the back ground?

No you will not see anything happen.

I downloaded the SysProt for my prework but there were no hidden processes. In one of the other tabs there were two items in red. They were 1.) \SystemRoot\System 32\Drivers\dump_atapi.sys
and 2.) \SystemRoot\System 32\Drivers\dump_WMILIB.SYS

What do I need to do next?
