Hi Steph,
Try this: Download OTM by Old Timer and save it to your Desktop. Double-click OTM.exe to run it.
Code:
:Files c:\windows\system32\autochk.exe c:\windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-autochk_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6001.18000_none_e1f3e d49c1c122ef\autochk.exe :Commands [emptytemp] [Reboot]
NOTE: If you are unable to copy/paste from this window (as will be the case if the machine was rebooted), open Notepad (Start->All Programs->Accessories->Notepad), click File->Open, in the File Name box enter *.log and press the Enter key, navigate to the C:\_OTM\MovedFiles folder, and open the newest .log file present, and copy/paste the contents of that document back here in your next post.

Stephanie,
That is great to hear! Please download and run OTC (formerly OTCleanIt) from here: http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTC.exe Click the Clean Up! button This will remove any files and folders associated with some of the more destructive programs I have had you run A reboot will be required to complete the removal.
