Default Drive not Formatted: Please take a look
It's my first time posting here, and with good reason. I surfed the web and couldn't seem to find anyone with a problem like mine. Either that or I didn't search hard enough. =P

Recently, I moved my entire music database to a secondary hard drive because it was taking too much space on my obsolete primary hard drive.

Just yesterday, I was moving files between my two drives. Today, I tried looking for a particular file on it. I was able to double-click and access the "E" drive and browse through some folders. However, when I clicked on some folders, it would show the "Drive not Formatted" pop up. Other folders work fine.

Also, I'm able to sync the music files via iTunes perfectly fine. I just can't access them through browsing on the drive without the format pop-up coming up. I found that kind of weird. In my previous experiences with the format pop-up, I couldn't even open the drive.

Any ideas on what happened or how to fix this problem?

@ Daihatsu, my personal welcome to PCHF. I'm afraid that your story smacks of malware. Can you please carefully follow the instructions in PreWork and post the resulting logs back here? You will want to run Malwarebytes on both your HDDs.

If you would please also include the HijackThis log as well. If it wasn't there when I asked you to follow the prework, I apologize there was a small confusion with that file. Please go back for that information as well.
