Default Pc wont boot properly
My dad said he was using the pc then a dodgy thing popped up saying there was 1000 viruses needing to be romoved, the idiot clicked on it then the whole pc shut down and wont start up normally anymore only in safe mode

Ive ran a hijackthis log see attached
