Question Run Time error 6025??

I have been getting this error window for a while now .

When it happens it clogs up everything & shuts everything down & wants to send a error report to Microsoft.

Can you all please help me resolve this?

slowride66, unless you happen to be a programmer writing your own C++ software, I still recommend you do the Pre-work.

At worst, it will give you a clean bill of health.

Of course if Geekgirl has a practical solution, I'm all ears.

That is a normal response if you are disabling System Restore and yes you will lose all your restore points.
This was an issue for me when the security team started instructing to disable system restore, my thoughts were always that at least there wold be a restore point to go to regardless of what "shape" the point was in so IMO I do not suggest to disable system restore but I was not the one who gave you the link to the prework
