Everytime I start up my computer I get the popups
"Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\System32\WinSit.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search."

The problem is, probably I have moved WinSit.exe to chest because my Avast Antivirus detected it as a virus or malware. Now Windows is always looking for it at startup. Anyone know how to disable this?

When I tried to turn off System Restore on all drives, it prompted: 'You have chosen to turn off System Restore. If you continue, all existing restore points will be deleted, and you will not be able to track or undo changes to your computer. Do you want turn off System Restore?'
What should I do?

Leave it on.Dont turn it off.We will come to that later.
