I am working on a website in Dreamweaver. I have a 2-column header table with a row for a header and one for a CSS-based menu. Next I have another 2-column table with the left side having one row, and the right with two rows. In the Design viewer in Dreamweaver, it looks fine, but when I view it in Internet Explorer 6, 7, and (beta) 8.1 this second (content) table lies beneath the first (header) table the same distance as its height. So if the content is 500 px in height, then it is 500 px beneath the header table. Firefox and IE 5.5 display it perfectly however.
Here is the link to a testing link of mine...

Can anyone spot where I am going wrong?
