is there a specific place to post programming help.. im in a C++ programming class where the teacher is really hard and the book isnt understandable i just need to get a way to easily understand things like im working on a program to find prime numbers.... i got the flow chart i just need to know how to ask a question that is

if the number is less than 2 to end the program but if it isnt then continue to the next step....
