help with this cpu !

hey guys, my friend gave me a processor saying:
INTEL 04
3.20GHZ/1m/800/04aSL7PW MALAY l501a790
on the cpu chip and i was just woundering if anyone can help me by telling me the model of this cpu, i been looking for motherboards to support it and under the cpu support section :http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support/Motherboard/CPUSupport_Model.aspx?ProductID=2889#anchor_os
where the intel p4 3.20 are iduno which one is mine or if mine exist on there so can someone help me ! and let me know which model is my cpu so i can search for taht specific board. thankyou

ohhh so that means my cpu is Intel® Pentium® 4 Processors 540J
the mode is 540j right instead they put sl7pw ?

im also confused p4 540 and p4 540j ... is it possible to use the p4 540j in a mother board that says supports p4 540 ?

You can go here and see for yourself the front (and back) sides of your CPU.

What matters for your mainboard is the socket (775)
If your mainboard is Socket 775, it will run.
