Solved: Processor Upgrade

Hello people. I want to upgrade my machine. I currently have Dell Inspiron 518 with Dell 0K068D mainboard. I want to upgrade my processor. Right now I have "Intel Pentium E2200 @ 2200 MHz" in here. I'm after FAST scanning mostly. My AV scans are about 1:30 hours.

I'm disable, and receive limited income (SSI), so my funds are very limited
