In task manager is just shows svchost.exe and under the CPU column, it says 99
But once I kill the process, im back to normal...
this process is from my Hp Printer

In Task mgr-- you can customize what is being shown...
Under "view" scroll to "select columns" open that-- you can have task mgr show almost any parameter on your PC

Do you have any Printer icons in the task bar?
If not I would suggest download/reinstall your Printer software...something is hung-- means your printer software is trying to run all the time.
Be sure to UNinstall first... then download a fresh copy/reinstall.
