hi, thanks for the link but my problem is what temperature do i run the cpu, and what speed do i run the cpu fan..all i no is that if the temperature goes to high, my pc, bluesceens..many thanks skenny007

please try the speedfan thing... it will give us a general idea of the temps of your pc and the speed of the fans, imho, the fans should be running fairly high, but not so high that they become annoying, i have the same cpu, and i dont have any heat problems at all, they actually run quite cool, so im not sure how yours is getting so hot.. i only have problems on 45c days... which we occasionally get down here

hi, these are my readings from speedfan..... cpu usage, fan1.1255 rpm,fan2.0 rpm,fan3.0 rpm,fan4. 2500 rpm, these are the reading from temp1, 37C.temp2, 26C.temp3, -2C. core0, 24C. core1, 20C. core2, 21C.core3, 25C. are these right for my pc with many thanks, skenny007
