Default AMD vs INTEL - dual core

AMD X2 dual core versus intel core 2 duo....which ones better in the long run?


(i know intel is good for overclocking but for those that dont over clock, which one is better?)

the C2D by a long shot. At the same speeds, the C2D destroys the AMD K8 Architecture, performance wise. Pricewise though, AMD is currently king, selling nearly all of its Processors for under $100 USD

My C2D isnt overclocked (yet) and is very fast anyway. The newer C2D's are even better. 4-0 on the votes to Intel at the moment.
