they seem to be in the neighborhood. but remember, not all CPUs are the same. you can have some units that operate at very low voltages, and put out little heat, but you can have another off the same assembly line that puts out tons more heat. Dont worry so much about the CPU voltage and wattage. Yes, the Cedar mill in general runs cooler than the Prescott.
