So cedermill voltage is lower than prescott? And voltage and watts are the 2 main factors for temps? Or anything else I should look into?

3) FSB.. the higher it is, the faster the CPU communicates with the RAM

Is there anywhere on intel website it gives exact watts and voltages for cpus. Not seeing it.
