Default Fetch - Cycle & Execute

hello guys and girls, im new to this forum so if i make any mistakes could you correct me please.
my question is: how do a computer system communicate. i mean there is this procedure where people think that a cpu fetches the info, then decodes it and finally executing it. will someone ellaborate on that please. thanks

I'm a bit confused as to your question....are you asking to explain how a CPU (processor) works?

No, i am trying to understand how the components inside a computer communicates with each other. Is'nt the communication called the Feth - cycle & execute?
