Hi all.

I have just built a pc, not for the 1st time and have a small problem that is very annoying.
basically when i tell the pc to restart of hit the restart on the pc the cpu fans spin up extremely fast for about 4 seconds and then returns to normal, its pretty loud as well when it does this.

any ideas anyone.

its a retail AMD 5600+ X2

alot of computers do this. my computer does this, where my front intake fan (BTX so is also CPU fan) speeds up for about 8 seconds to full RPMs after power button depress. im not sure, but im pretty sure there is no fix. you can try looking for a BIOS setting, but im not sure

The motherboards bios is 2 months old according to the date.

i had an asrock before and before that had different asrock.they never did it.

i just hope it will be ok.
very annoying tho.lol
