Default My pentium 4

I have had my computer for around 2 years and have only just started to become computer literate. One day i opened my comp up to scoosh the componets with compressed air. Then i saw that my antec 120mm fan had three power settings and it was set a low. So it turned out that my computers cpu had been running at around 65 degrees for two years. I have recently went on a website called canyourunit.com which told me that i was running TWO p4 3.2 ghz but it is clocked at 4.82 ghz. What kind of processor do i have? and Does this mean that my cpu was once clocked at 6.4 ghz but due to overheating has lost 1.58 ghz??

Hi there, what the 4.82GHz means, is that you have a dual core Pentium 4 Processor. This basically means it has two brains in one, and can multi task.
