My pc was working correctly until I had to move to a different place and next time I tuned on my pc it didn't start. The pc is not that old I have it since 3 years ago. it is a vaio P4, 2,8Ghz 1gbRam.

When I push the start button the led blinks for a second and then it turns off and also the monitor is not displaying anything at all. On the other hand when I push the start button I can hear the hard drive sound for a second also and the fan keeps spinning until I unplug th e pc.

I was looking in other forums and I faound some posts with similar cases but in different cases the fan would spin only for a second when in my case it doesn't stop.

I unplugged the hard disk, cd-rom, video cards, ram cards, ehternet cards, fan everything and nothing. Also I took out the battery for few minutes.
Any ideas? Is my mother board dead?
