So bare with me i'm very pc illiterate, like so much im not even sure if im posting this under the right topic. So my problem is im wanting to sign up for this online hockey package which is giving a free preview of the pre-season games so you can see before you purchase. So my problem is that once the video starts playing it becomes very choppy sometimes it will just stop playing. I Can't seem to get a steady stream of video, So i guess im just wondering if there is anything i can do to stop that from happening, i just want a steadt stream. I have also read others comments about the hockey package and it doesn't seem to be happening to them. I would like to thank anyone in advance for helping me with this problem.

The quality of downloaded video, particularly if it is streaming videom like utube. You need a fairly fast connection, at least 2mb and above. Do you know you connection spead? Do you have broadband? is your connection a dial up one? You can do a speed test for your line here Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test . If yoo can download the clips and save to play later you should then be able to watch them without problems.

My speed is fine and i cant download this video its a live stream. I did the speedtest and my download speed is 4858kb/s and upload speed is 488kb/s. I also have broadband connection. so thanks but if theres any other suggestions i could use the help.
