paid for service-- and you are having this type of issue?
I would call the shop back and describe the issue-- a brand-new harddrive should not be having read errors.
Could be :
Bad new drive (it happens)
they must have reinstalled your software-- if they replaced the drive-- the install could have had errors (also happens)
I would also ask if they tested the Power-Supply. (they should have)-- if it is weak it could cause many issues.
