Thanks, GaRHaR, I probly will get one but at this stage it looks like I may be purchasing it all at once, so i'll probly just wait and see how the prices change too, i may even get a different cooler, coz i dont trust the plastic pins on the TT Big Typhoon VX that much, but one thing that i was wondering is that a C2D will give me a performance increase what would your opinion of a non overclocked 6300 or 6400 be, would i be much better off getting a faster C2D, or will this still give me smoth gameplay for a while to come?

Also, would a Zalman CNPS9700 be a good cooler to get?

I'm off for the nigh anyway, I'll check back later

I've got 2 Zalman coolers in my system now (passive and air).

Both are extremely good and i wouldn't trade them for anything else currently on the market.

As aposed to non-overclocked...i never overclock anything..there's no noticeable improvement these days..but i've seen good things with the 6400's...a few of my mates have them...they handle pretty much anything you can throw at it - as long as you have the video card to match

well, just b4 i go, the 7900gs i have are actually real good overclockers, i can get up to 50% better performance, i may get a CNPS9700, but ill see, my dad's gonna get me the video card, and maybe the cpu, i'm gonna try to get the cooler as well, my Big Typhoon is good, but i just dont like the pins that hold it on, i guess ill just see what my dad lets me get, i hope i get the cooler too, btw, these are for my B-day and Christamas preseants from him. but i am particularly liking the 9700 coz it can be pointed at the fans on the back of my armor JR
