Dennis mate, Celerons and P4's are processors.

Put the original hard disk drive back in that pc and follow the procedure that I have talked of.
Make sure that the hard drive is set as primary master with regard to the jumpers.

I knew that, lol I just used Celeron and P4 to determine the hard drives.. The HD is already in the and set as the master for sure.. and now i will try that.

@ Wolfeymole

My computer doesn't even boot up the bios. The computer just loads the IBM logo and then goes directly to the option mode of safe mode, last configuration, ect. Is there another way of accessing the bios?

When you see the IBM logo, try pressing Delete. If that doesnt work try this:

"In order to get into the configuration of the IBM setup screen (CMOS) screen you need to hold down both mouse buttons during boot-up"
