Never rush into any job. The heat sink that comes on the processor looks like it is big enough to take care of any heat the processor should produce. Processors today use lower voltages to work so generate less heat. As long as you clean the inside of your PC regularly then you shold have no problems. The case fans will take care of the cooling job. Now...If you plan on running extreme apps like CAD or any other processor intensive programs, or (heaven forbid) overclock your PC. You will need to break out the big guns.
