This isn't really a "new thread" -- I just wanted to thank you guys again for being patient with me, and thought you might like to hear the latest update in my saga. (I doubt this follows forum protocol, but I don't care!)

The net tech guy at work who gave me the computer found an ISA modem in his "junk drawer" so I installed it, and have subsequently defragged, compressed, deleted and explored the joys of having a 3GB hard drive! I feel like a kid at Christmas!

Anyway, y'all were very helpful, and I would like to compliment you on the quality and ease of navigating your web site. I visited a few forums looking for answers, and it's kind of sad that the only site that treated me properly was overseas!
