This isnt too much of an issue, but i continuously monitor my system, and about 30% of the time, my CPU clock is low- average being 866mhz, getting down to about 830mhz, and the System clock (FSB) is down to 129 or below
yes. usually it is normal, at 866.38, just slightly lower than the normal 866.66. But sometimes, like now for example, its at 851.99mhz. But if im running games, like FS2004, or RA2, its at 866.38. never goes higher than that.
it is not always consistent. yesterday i was running CPU stability test, and i checked the clock speed several tiems into the test, and the Clock was down to 852 and 859mhz. Why is it doing this? It doesnt affect performance to much but when gaming, the game someitmes lags a bit. Why is it doing htis and how can i fix it?
