Hi.

I am a little confused as to what processor my PC actually has.
When my PC starts up the first screen shows:
AMD Sempron 2400++

Hower later in the Windows XP Device Manager it say's it's a AMD Athlon 1.66

Also the ram is different the first screen shows 256

But in windows it showd 192

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im not quite sure about the processor but hopefully someone will come and help you soon. But with the ram it shows 256 because that is the total ram in the system.

But it only shows 192 in windows because the other 64mb of ram is being used by onboard graphics on your machine and therefore is not available to windows .
