Hmm curious, try touching the heatsink when the pc has been running for a bit (Please be careful when doing this that you don't touch any other components on the board as you might get shocked)
If the heatsink is not very warm, check any other heatsinks in the pc.
Unfortunately, if these are cool and all the fans running, there might be a problem with your temperature sensors on the motherboard which causes it to shutdown when it thinks the temperature is so high. I'm afraid that the only thing to do there is replace the board.
