Hey people, well I dont even know if my computer is capable of getting a new fan, or I dont even know if it already has it! Lol, Is that fan the one that is in the power supply box? If not, am I able to get a fan for my computer? I got a gateway Brookings Essentials 800C. It has this motherboard Jabil Motherboard - 800-MHz Celeron and this is my hardrive Seagate 20-GB 5400-RPM Hard Disk Drive, well I hope that info helps! Thanks!

There is a fan in the power supply.. But that is mainly to keep the power supply cool, I would neeed the exact model of yuor motherboard for fan suggestions.. If you have some 3 pin hookup's on it then I would say yes but again need a model number

Download everest in my sig and post a detailed log back here... The old desktop's only had a heatsink on the cpu, no fan.. But your celeron shouldnt be heating up that hot?
