Awesome this idea worked. I had my game running, my pc was up to 70c.. I put my fan next to it and it dropped down to 60c.. and is still dropping. Im gonna get it stable and see if the noise and lag is still continuing in my games.

Just a tip it is probably not a good idea to touch anything with the case off while the computer is running... Might be a shocking experience if you touch the wrong thing...

Nawwww. :-D Old wivestales.... Just dont touch the motherboard and you'll be fine... Whenever I do work on my own pc I do it whiles its on(exept replacing parts) never killed anything, could it happen sure But not likely

No your right it can be... But most of the time not. As long as your not unpluggin stuff and touching the motherboards contacts and what not nothing will happen. Just donw touch the Power supply leads

I ran that temperature program you gave him. During startup (including 4 programs I start manually (at the same time as well)) my remote temperature spikes to 130F ish. Is that processor, or the temperature inside the case? Or what is it if its not?
