Welcome to PCHF - what tool are you using to get that speed reading?

Hey dont worry about it! I tried it in my computer, and the thing is that the CPU speed sometimes seems to be going up and down instead of being really steady! In my computer, the first time I tried it, it came out 798.3, the second time I got 800.6 and the third I 793.8. So Im guessing that its ok, it can be going up and down and it doesnt mean that your computer is eating your CPU speed lol.

@ dwarf_it_up - what does your bios say about your cpu speed?
