Farm Girl, would you please give this a shot?

Right click on Start -> Left click on Explore -> Go to I386 folder on C
drive -> search for a file named spoolsv -> Copy spoolsv and paste in
C:\windows\system32.

If you can find the file and complete these steps it should be able to be restarted

That did it. Thanks. I dropped the file in, started the print spooler, updated the driver, and ALL works fine.
