could anyone please help i am trying to print but nothing is coming out, there is ink in both compartments and it is moving as it should but nothing is printing on the paper, help would be great

Hard to say what the problem is but it may help if you provide further details such as make/model of printer etc.
I'd be inclined to try the toolbox that comes with most HP Printers just in case it's a cleaning issue provided it's an HP of course but I'm sure other makes have similar provisions. When was the last time you used the unit successfully? |
