Cannot print with wiresless, need help with connection any suggestions?

Welcome to PCHF. We have a lot of really talented techs here, and I feel certain that we can have you up and printing.

Can you please start by posting the rest of your specs, and whether or not you have ever been able to print wirelessly with this or any other printer?

Can you also please tell us if the PC recognizes the printer under Printers and Faxes, or as a drive any where on your PC?
