Cancel Print Job
Hi All,
Have experienced a problem with Windows for a number of years now and I guess it's my fault else MS would have fixed it...but I can't work it out.
If I send a job to a local or network printer it goes into the printer queue...great.
But if I decided that I've got it wrong I open the printer queue and right click on the printer job and select "Cancel".
The printer job status goes Cancelling and the job just sits there until I reboot.
Meanwhile I can't print another thing as this cancelling job always stays at the top of the list.
Do I need to restart the sppoler or something through the comand prompt?
Aas I said...Can't work out what I'm doing wrong but thought that MS would have sorted it before now.
Cheers
WIO
