Printing - [Pending] USB problems... "device has malfunctioned"?? posted in the Hardware forums; Tried that download and it told me that the "service pack installed is newer that the update you are trying to apply to it."...

OK.. "Driver Agent has determined that your computer is missing significant driver updates."

As far as the USB ports go, there's an X (meaning "bad") by my USB Mass Storage Device and the USB Composite Device.
