Default Printing Blank Pages

My Dad's PC: Windows xp pro. He can print a Windows test page, print from AOL and print Internet pages. However he can not print from Word or Wordpad. I can print the same documents he can not. We tried a lot of things even doing a System Restore. We know the Printer is OK. It is a HP69x.

Hi Herronf,

Welcome to PCHF. I am so terribly sorry for the extensive delay in answering your post.

Have you resolved this problem yet? If not can you please post back and we will do our utmost to assist you in getting your dad's PC back to printing from everything that he wants it to.

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN
