Hello

Try un-plugging it and re-plugging it.

If this does no work, try clearing the CMOS (if you feel uncomfortable doing it, ASK, that's why we're here...)

thankyou for your help, i've unplugged it now saying cmos checksum error

Shut down and take the side off Martin and then replace the motherboard battery.
