Hi. I've been on here before to solve a BSOD and some other stuff, but was wondering if someone could help me out with an ashemedly trivial hardware issue...I'm running an old Compaq Presario V5000 (circa 2005 i think) which I have lovingly upgraded, and repaired as time has gone on. (Upgraded ram, processor, Hard drive and OS- It runs windows 7 now
) I was thinking of using it as a TV output for my Xbox 360, But am Unsure how and If I can go about doing it. As with any technology as old as my laptop it's a nightmare to find specs, most talk about the basics- ram, HDD, Processor etc but nothing on TV out/input. I did get directed to something like a media centre or an "All in one media cable" but I'm not sure what to go for. If there is anything, even. Could someone let me know If I can use my laptop as a screen for my xbox, and if so, how do i do it, what would i need, and how much it would cost- I'm at university, see, so I am a poor student. (and I live in the uk btw, if that's any help)
