Default Telstra turbo card ZTE MF332 problem Help

Hi all
I have a Telstra next G STE MF332 card that works on my Fujitsu lifebook without any problem when I plug it in it ask me for my pin code and I get signal and ready to use but I have downloaded and install the latest Telstra connection manager on my ACRE notebook and the notebook reads the card the card has power it also recognizes the card but it won’t ask me for pin code and I get no signal I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled a number of time and still nothing happen each time it recognizes the card by it never asks for pin code
What more can I try to troubleshoot this problem?
Any help would be great

Hi Chucky what model is the Acer? has it got all the latest drivers install and bios update. Have you tried downloading the driver from here>> Telstra Business looks like there is a firmware update to

Thank you very much for your help it was a firmware problem i was having with the software i had installed turbo card manager 7.9 but i have uninstalled it and i have just installed the older version 3.6 and it is now working.
