What happens if you click File > Print from the within your web browser? Do you get the print window come up. Can you select your printer from the drop down menu on this screen?

If so what happens when you click print. Click Start > Printers and Faxes > Click Click View > Change the view to details. Can you see your print job sitting there? If you double click your printer - does it have an error message next to the print job.
